2. How do I cancel an order?
Please fill out our Order Cancellation Request Form here. It is strongly recommended that you cancel an order as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee any cancellations. Once your cancellation request is reviewed one of our representatives will contact you either by phone or by email with an update of your request.
Note: Order can NOT be canceled once the order has been shipped.
3. What forms of shipping do you offer?
Standard Ground: 1 - 5 Business Days - (48 Contiguous States Only)
Second Day Air Express: 2 Business Days - (48 Contiguous States, Alaska & Hawaii)
Next Day Air Express: 1 Business Day - (48 Contiguous States Only)

5. What countries do you ship to?
We ship orders worldwide.
Note: Some manufacturers limit us to US only shipping.
6. What is the time cutoff for express shipping?
All express orders including Next Day & 2-Day must be submitted before 12:00 PM (PST) Monday - Friday to be shipped on the same day.
Delivery will be based on the next business day. Orders submitted after 12:00 PM (PST). will be shipped the next business day.
Express freight Items over 150lb cutoff is 10 AM (PST).
7. What are the rules and restrictions for free shipping?
Spend just $199 or more and receive Fast FREE Ground Shipping on your order, Plus for those of you who need your order even quicker, for spending $199 or more we pass the savings on to you by offering Discounted Express Shipping. For orders under $199 you will only pay a flat fee of $8.95.
This shipping offer applies to the Continental US ONLY. All locations outside the Continental US will receive discounted shipping, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

9. What forms of payment do you accept?

International credit cards are accepted.

10. Can I have my order shipped to an address that's different from my billing address?
Yes. During the checkout process, you may enter a separate shipping address and billing address.
